Hi everyone, 

My name is Ryan Shlan and I was raised in a small town in Delaware. About 13 years ago, I relocated to Massachusetts where I currently live with my wife.

I have been interested in photography nearly my entire life. However, it wasn't until a friend of mine asked me to photograph his marriage proposal that I became invested in learning about technique and developing my skills. Nearly eight years later, here I am.

I enjoy shooting all kinds of photography including portraits, long exposure, nature and events, but I especially enjoy chasing sunsets and shooting waterscapes.

One of my favorite parts of photography is seeing the joy that photos can bring to a client. Whether it's capturing a memory or a loved one in that moment in time, I enjoy being a part of each unique experience. It is so rewarding to have a hobby that brings happiness to others.
